Myth

Items which are not finished in the Sprint are moved back to the Product Backlog. And if the Development Team already did some work on this item, the item has to be re-estimated for the remaining work. The Product Owner decides what to do with this item. Maybe it will be finished in the next Sprint, maybe in another future Sprint or maybe the item has become obsolete and will be removed from the Product Backlog.
